M. S. “Mike” Mezayek, co-founder of Mezayek Building Ltd., holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mike started his building career in 1961 in the Houston area before moving the business to Tyler, Texas, in 1965, when he founded Mediterranean Homes. With more than 60 years of experience, Mike continues to design and build some of the most innovative homes and communities in East Texas today.
Sam Mezayek is the co-founder of Mezayek Building Ltd. and holds a degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sam began his building career in 1990 in the Tyler area. He was named Tyler Area Builder of the Year in 1997 and then served as President of the Tyler Area Builders Association in 1999. Sam holds distinguished designations from the National Association of Home Builders, including the Graduate Master Builder, Master Certified Green Builder, and Certified Aging in Place designation.
These unique qualifications help Sam lead Mezayek Building toward developing better communities and energy-efficient homes.
Pat Mezayek wears many hats in Mezayek Building Ltd. She manages our accounting systems as well as customer service. Pat helps our clients make home decor selections, calculate the depreciation schedules of assets, and more.
Tracy joined our company from Bend, Oregon, with a degree from Oregon State University. In Oregon, Tracy specialized in building high-end luxury homes with one of the most prestigious builders in the area. Tracy's attention to detail and quality was a perfect fit for Mezayek Building's mission of constructing quality homes.
As a degreed accountant, Sean oversees the invoices throughout the home construction process. His attention to detail ensures that our homes are built efficiently, so we can continue to offer the best home prices in the area.
Tiffany obtained a degree from Stephen F. Austin and has an extensive background in the non- profit industry and business administration. She is skilled in non-profit management, with core competencies in marketing, budgeting, and strategic planning. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Sylvia Davis serves as Receptionist for the office. She is responsible for handling the front desk, greeting visitors, answering telephones and taking messages, and other administrative support functions.
Prior to joining Mezayek Building, Sylvia worked at The Law Office of Garcia and Dubove as a Receptionist and then was promoted to a Legal Assistant.
She has over 25 years of experience in clerical and customer services.
Sylvia lives with her husband, Billy in Chandler.
Chad comes to Mezayek Building with a BBA from LaTourneau University. Chad has a diverse background with a primary focus in multi-million dollar commercial construction project oversight. His core values of honesty and integrity have been an integral part of his relationship development throughout Tyler and the surrounding areas. He is dedicated to providing quality construction within a specified timeframe and budget. Chad’s heart of service shows in his work each day.
